How It Works

Incoming and outgoing email is scanned to block malware (such as spam, viruses and phishing attacks) and automatically archived in secure, compressed, offsite storage with powerful search and recovery features. Outgoing email can be encrypted based on corporate policy or on an ad hoc basis as specified by the sender. These broad capabilities help organizations protect their employees, sensitive customer information, and their own intellectual property, and comply with state and federal data security and privacy regulations.

NETSource Reflex Archiving, Discovery and Recovery (RADAR) provides businesses with a complete, searchable email archive with full email continuity during local email server outages and rapid retrieval of emails that have been deleted locally.  RADAR is a searchable knowledgebase of a company's intellectual property stored in email, and a rapid means of responding to discovery request for legal proceedings.
